HUTCM is home to an esteemed faculty of 1,567 full-time educators, which includes 759 senior faculty members, 203 doctoral advisors, and 1,174 master’s advisors. The School of Medicine specifically employs 148 seasoned instructors, featuring 17 professors and 30 associate professors, who are focused on educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Through the collaboration with 15 affiliated hospitals and 27 teaching hospitals, students gain a thorough theoretical education and practical clinical experience under the mentorship of highly skilled medical professionals.
