To deepen the joint construction and cooperation of the Qianxinan Prefecture Provincial Regional Medical Center and promote the precise downward flow of high-quality traditional Chinese medicine medical resources, the inaugural meeting of experts dispatched by the Second Affiliated Hospital of our university to the Qianxinan Prefecture Provincial Regional Medical Center was successfully held at the Qianxinan Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital on March 31. Dai Aiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, and Huang Xingwen, Deputy Secretary of the Qianxinan Prefecture Party Committee and Governor of the Qianxinan Prefecture People’s Government, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Dai Aiguo, on behalf of the university, expressed gratitude to the Qianxinan Prefecture Party Committee and Government for their care and support for the dispatched experts, paid tribute to the hard work of the first batch of experts, and congratulated them on their progress. He pointed out that the all-out effort to build a provincial-level regional medical center fully reflects the high importance the Qianxinan Prefecture Party Committee and Government attach to medical and health undertakings, and is a concrete practice of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s people-centered development philosophy and deeply implementing the Healthy China strategy. He emphasized that, based on the achievements of previous assistance and cooperation, it is necessary to continue to do a good job in “self-reliance,” promote precise self-reliance, and achieve long-term and normalized self-reliance. This requires not only building advantageous specialties but also coordinating efforts in education, teaching, scientific research, and academic capabilities, truly making the Qianxinan Prefecture Provincial-level Regional Medical Center a benchmark of qualified or even excellent standards.
