Follow the steps below to apply for admission to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine:

Collect all the necessary application documents as listed for your desired program. These documents may include:

Submit all the application documents to us or authorized agent designated by Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. Please note that students are required to pay the application fee while submitting their application.
Upon receiving your application and documents, the university will process your application within 7 working days. If you meet the requirements, you will be issued a Pre-Admission Notice.
After obtaining the Pre-Admission Notice, the university will work on your Visa Letter issuance. You can expect to receive the Visa Letter within 30 working days.
With the Pre-Admission Notice and Visa Letter, proceed to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country to apply for a student visa (X Visa). Follow the visa application guidelines provided by the embassy or consulate.
Students are only allowed to travel to the university according to the registration time mentioned on the Admission Notice. Before purchasing the air ticket, students need to confirm their arrival date. In such cases, we will arrange the pickup from the airport.
Once you have successfully obtained your student visa, make arrangements for your travel to China. Upon arrival, please ensure to pay the complete fee as per the commitment.
