The School of Pharmacy held a cultural event to celebrate the 40th Teachers’ Day
In order to promote the traditional virtue of respecting teachers and valuing education, express gratitude to teachers working on the front line of education, give back to retired teachers with warmth, and celebrate the arrival of the 40th Teachers’ Day, on September 10, our School of Pharmacy held a Teachers’ Day cultural event with the theme of “Thanking Teachers in September and Praising Guides”. Vice President Liao Jing, the leadership team of the school, retired teachers and on-the-job staff participated in the event.
Liao Jing expressed his highest respect and most sincere holiday greetings to all the faculty and staff of the School of Pharmacy who are on the front line of education. He said that he fully believed that all the faculty and staff of the School of Pharmacy could bravely shoulder the responsibility of cultivating people with moral integrity and be the spiritual mentors of students. He hoped that the teachers could devote themselves to the great cause of teaching and educating people and promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine with more enthusiasm, firmer faith and more pragmatic style in the future.
Don’t say it’s too late, the sky is still full of clouds. In this event, the college invited 28 retired teachers, the oldest of whom is over 90 years old. The retired teachers got together again after many years, reminiscing about the past, and took photos together. In the art performance, various teaching and research sections appeared one after another, presenting wonderful performances for this Teachers’ Day art event.
The members of the college team presented a song “Grateful Heart” to everyone. They were grateful to the retired teachers for laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of the college, grateful to the college staff for dedicating their youth and strength to the rapid development of the college, and grateful to the school for its great support for the prosperity and development of the college.
